By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using peppty.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Peppty Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

If you access the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, references to "you" include both you and the organization you represent.

2. Website Scope

Peppty.com is a static corporate marketing website. It provides information about Peppty Technologies, its founders, products, intellectual property, press resources, careers, legal notices, and contact paths. It is not a chat service, social network, payment surface, subscription checkout, account portal, or customer-support system for in-app purchases.

Chathub, ChatRamen, and any product web apps may have their own terms, privacy policies, safety rules, community guidelines, subscription terms, app-store requirements, and support channels. Those product documents control your use of the product surfaces. These Terms control only your use of peppty.com.

3. Informational Content

The website content is provided for general corporate, informational, media, recruiting, investor, and partner-facing purposes. We try to keep website content accurate and current, but it may occasionally contain outdated information, typographical errors, omissions, or forward-looking statements that later change.

• Product descriptions may summarize features without listing every limitation, region, device, or store requirement.
• Roadmap, hiring, press, revenue, or product statements may change without notice.

4. No Product Purchases on Peppty.com

Peppty.com does not sell subscriptions, virtual items, premium app features, gifts, coins, boosts, or other digital goods for Chathub, ChatRamen, or any other product. The website may link to app stores or product web apps, but peppty.com itself is not a checkout flow.

Purchases for mobile-app digital goods are governed by the applicable app store, product terms, and payment rules. Apple-distributed iOS purchases are handled through Apple mechanisms where required. Google Play-distributed Android purchases are handled through Google Play Billing where required. Product web-app purchases, if available, are governed by the applicable product-webapp terms and payment provider rules.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the website for lawful personal, informational, journalistic, partnership, investor, recruiting, or business-evaluation purposes. You may download publicly available press materials, view product information, contact us through listed email addresses, and share links to public pages.

Any use must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, our privacy notices, intellectual-property notices, and reasonable instructions displayed on the website.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use peppty.com to:

10. Patents and IP Notices

The website may describe patents, patent applications, product inventions, or intellectual-property strategy. Peppty.com is not the correct place to submit emergency reports or time-sensitive in-app safety reports. If you are using a Peppty product, use the in-app report, block, mute, or safety tools where available. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

17. Website Availability and Changes

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived, courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to peppty.com or these Terms.
